Feedback Widget: More fun with heart and emoji ratings!

Ybug's Feedback Widget has been helping teams collect feedback for a while now, and we're excited to announce that we've just added two new rating types: hearts and emojis.

Up until now, our Feedback Widget offered a simple rating system with a scale of 5 stars. While this was a useful way to get an overall sense of how users felt about your site, we wanted to offer more ways to gather feedback that were both fun and intuitive.

You can now ask your users to rate their experience with up to 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ hearts or choose from a range of face emojis 😦🙁😐🙂😀 to convey how they feel about your site. It's a fun and intuitive way to get feedback, and we think your users will love it.

But don't worry, we still have the classic star ratings available too. They're just as easy to use as before. The rating will still be attached to annotated screenshots or short screen recordings so you can see exactly what your users are talking about.

Adding the Feedback Widget to your site is a breeze. Just copy and paste a little piece of code into your site, and you're all set. And of course, you can customize almost everything to fit your branding and preferences. So go ahead, make feedback fun again with our Feedback Widget! Your users will appreciate the new options, and you'll have even more insights into what's working and what needs improvement.
